Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn, unused, and free from damage

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once the return has been approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing justification.

To qualify, the item must be returned in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
